Cheap Thrills, Wonderful World Edition

Happy Wednesday beautiful people! I hope you're having a fab-tastic week. I wanted to share some cool stuff from Wonderful World. Wonderful World, is the closest to getting your Ulta fix when it comes to beauty. I always get some great finds when I venture in there and that purple branding just takes over and wanted to share some with you, just don't tell anyone! So, lets dive into it!

First are some really cool lip glosses from the brand Nicka K New York. These are some cool substitutes to liquid lips. The opacity of them are surprisingly good! They also last for quite sometime. I have sensitive skin, so I was pleasantly delighted to know that these guys did not irritate my skin like some other brands. So, if you have sensitive skin as well let me know if it works for you too! They came in at a good deal of USD2.20. I'm newly familiar with this brand, but so far from what I've tried they are really decent!

Next up, is a very interesting find from Jordana. Jordana is one of those brands you get a cool find or a bad bust. But, the eyebrow pencil I found was a steal! I was in a bind as my trusty Brow Wiz died and I had no back up (thank you for your thoughts and prayers!). But, this guy from Jordana saved the day. I'd say its not as fine as the Brow Wiz, but I was able to get my brows together to look fit for human eyeballs quite well with this pencil! And for around USD4.50 I'd say they were well worth it!

And we're back at it again with the Jordana! Told you, its one of those products when you get a good find, you get a GOOD FIND! This bronzer is just awesome! Now disclaimer, I don't think Wonderful World carries this as I got this guy a while ago. But, this is really good! I actually prefer this to the coveted Physician's Formula Butter Bronzer. It provides just enough glow that you can ask JLo 'what's up!'. I got this bronzer for around US5.00 at the time they had this in stock!

Carnival time is the time when makeup truly is tested and when great makeup doesn't shine! This year was the year of Neon for Carnival! All everyone wore for Monday wear was Neon, Neon, Neon! So, when I saw these LA GIRL Shockwave neon eye pencils. I snagged them up and didn't look back! I used one to highlight my inner corners to add some drama cause ... Carnival is all about the drama isn't it

Let me tell you, this pencil lasted all day for me! And it was rigorously tested with heat, humidity, rain, sweat and stayed in place for over 8 hours... didn't budge! These eye pencils were about US5.00.

This last one also from LA Girl! LA Girl is another brand where you get a fabulous find or a meh find. These Glide Gel eyeliners are another fab find! They light up your eyes and they can almost rival the Marc Jacobs eyeliner which is my favorite liner. These don't budge, they're on and STAY ON!

And there you have it! I love how Wonderful World gives you those little baskets, it's like almost a dare to yourself to not fill them. You tell yourself you are just there for a few items, next thing you know, you're at the cashier with 3 of those little baskets retracing your steps wondering when it was exactly your self control decided to abandon you.
